We are committed to ensuring your professionally refurbished pieces arrive safely and that you are fully informed about our processes for pre-loved furniture.
London & M25 Delivery
We offer a dedicated two-person delivery service across London and the M25 area. We ensure they are handled with the utmost care from our workshop to your room of choice. Typical delivery times for local orders are between 5 to 10 working days.
UK-Wide Shipping
For customers outside of London, we partner with reliable specialist furniture couriers to deliver throughout mainland UK. Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the size of the item. Nationwide deliveries generally occur within 14 working days of order confirmation.
Pick-Up & Access
Free pick-up is available from our North London studio by appointment. If you choose delivery, please ensure you check all access requirements (door widths, stairwells, and lifts) before ordering. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, please report this to the driver immediately and contact us within 24 hours.
Returns & Refunds
At Second Chance Furnishings Studio, we specialise in pre-loved pieces. Each item is unique, professionally refurbished, and sold with its natural character and history intact. Because our furniture is vintage and upcycled, we do not offer returns for change of mind or minor signs of wear consistent with age.
Returns are accepted only in the event of a major undisclosed fault or significant damage that was not highlighted in the product description. Please inspect your item thoroughly upon arrival. Any issues must be reported to our studio within 48 hours of delivery or collection.
Where a valid fault is identified, we will first attempt a professional repair. If a repair is not possible, we will offer a full refund or a studio credit. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is found to be significantly not as described.
