Purchasing FAQs

How do I buy upcycled furniture?

You can purchase directly through our online shop or contact us to see specific pieces in person.

What are the payment and return options?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers. Due to the bespoke nature of our upcycled products, we offer a 14-day return policy only if the item significantly differs from its description. Please note that custom bespoke respraying projects are non-refundable once the work has commenced.

Can I reserve a piece of furniture?

Yes, we offer a reservation service for up to 48 hours for a small non-refundable deposit. This allows you to arrange a viewing or finalize your measurements. Longer-term reservations can be made with a 50% deposit for bespoke restoration projects.

Shipping & Delivery

London Delivery

Free local delivery within the M25 area is included with every purchase. We carefully deliver each piece to your home, treating it with the same attention and care as we do in our workshop.

UK-Wide Shipping

For deliveries outside London, we use specialised furniture couriers. Timelines typically range from 7-14 working days, depending on your location.

Unfortunately, we're only able to deliver to UK mainland.

Free Pick-up Collection

You are welcome to collect your furniture directly from our workshop in Bounds Green, completely free of charge. You'll receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for collection within 5 days of purchase. After that, we'll hold your order for up to 14 days. The workshop is open Monday - Friday from 8 am to 5 pm.

What are your cancellation policies?

We understand plans change. You can reschedule your project or cancellation without penalty up to 72 hours before your scheduled workshop entry. Cancellations after 72 hours may incur a small scheduling fee to cover prepared workshop materials.

How long does delivery usually take?

Delivery is usually 3–7 working days. For UK‑wide courier deliveries, it’s typically 7–14 working days depending on your location and courier availability. We’ll always confirm an estimated delivery window once your order is placed.

Do you offer evening or weekend delivery slots?

For London deliveries within the M25, we can often arrange evening or Saturday slots, subject to availability and your location. If you need a specific time window, mention it at checkout or contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Will the delivery team carry items upstairs?

For London deliveries, we can usually bring items into your room of choice, including upstairs, as long as access is safe and clear. For UK‑wide courier deliveries, service is typically to the ground floor entrance only. If you have tricky access, please let us know in advance.

What happens if my item is damaged in transit?

We take great care packing each piece, but if something arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and item within 24 hours and contact us straight away. We’ll work with you to repair, replace where possible, or arrange a suitable resolution in line with our returns policy.

We take great care in getting our unique pieces from our workshop to your home. Whether you're across the street or across the country, we have a reliable solution for you.
